A fast-growing, innovative company in the sustainable mobility sector is looking for a HR Director to lead the whole department (300+ employees) at their offices in Barcelona.
RESPONSIBILITY & DUTIES
- Define and create the operational HR procedures to optimize their Talent Acquisition process, Internal Communication, Learning and Development, Talent Management, etc. It's a new position so there's a lot to be done!
- Identify functional training & development needs, develop training offers and ensure the follow-up process.
- Create the on-boarding process.
- Manage all the laboral relations procedures
- Coordinate the work council and trade union, when will be necessary
- Coordinate the Temporal workers with agencies
- Ensure compliance of regulations of the specific sector the company applies to
- Report to the Operation Manager and let them know how the team is evolving
- Be in charge of the administration of holidays and other people-related matters
- By now there is not a team, but there may be soon. So lead a small team of HR Specialist will be required.
REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS
You are fluent in English, Spanish and Catalan. This is a must.You have experience in the operational HR of a factoryYou have a friendly approach of HR, like taking to people and enjoy organizing and having everything under controlYou are persuasive to influence on the business through the HRYou created procedures from scratchYou are passionate about automotive / motorcycle sectorYour principal skills are : good communication, Conflict management, proactive, engagement and flexible.LOCATION
Barcelona – at the heart of their dynamic on-site offices.
