Human Resources Generalist
The role of Human Resources Generalist is to serve as a local HR partner, working closely with the European Human Resources team. This position covers a wide range of responsibilities including recruitment, HR Shared Services, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and other HR initiatives to support daily operations and long-term growth.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for Spain and Portugal, including job scoping, candidate sourcing, interviews, and hiring.
- Support HR Shared Services including employment contracts, onboarding, offboarding, payroll coordination, and employee records management.
- Act as a trusted partner for employee relations handling inquiries, contract management, and workplace issues in compliance with Spanish labor law.
- Assist with performance management processes such as goal setting, evaluations, and talent reviews.
- Coordinate and deliver training and development programs to support employee growth and engagement.
- Implement and localize HR policies and processes aligned with regional HR strategy.
- Provide HR data analysis and reporting to support decision-making.
- Contribute to employee engagement, culture building, and HR initiatives to foster a positive work environment.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.1-3 years of HR-related experience preferably in multinational or fast-paced environments.Solid knowledge of Spanish labor law and HR practices.Strong communication skills in Spanish and English both written and spoken.Self-motivated proactive with strong accountability and team spirit.Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.Cross-cultural adaptability and willingness to learn continuously.#J-18808-Ljbffr
