Senior Mobile Device Expert

Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled professional to oversee the management of mobile devices in our organization.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintenance of smartphone, media tablet, iPhone / iPad hardware, including testing, installation of configurations, certificates, and applications.
• Deployment and configuration of mobile device management solutions to ensure secure and efficient management of mobile devices.
• Apple DEP, VPP, and Certificates management.
• Mobile device management and mobile apps management through Ivanti EPMM.
• Customization of MDM policies and settings based on organizational requirements.
• Enrollment of mobile devices into the MDM system.
• Management of device provisioning, ensuring proper configurations and adherence to security protocols.
• Frontline support for MDM-related issues, including device connectivity, managed application installations, and configuration problems.
• Collaboration with end-users to troubleshoot and resolve mobile device challenges.
• Implementation and enforcement of security measures for mobile devices, including encryption, remote wipe, and password policies.
• Compliance with organizational security standards and industry regulations.
• Coordination and oversight of software updates and patches deployment to mobile devices.
• Monitoring and assessment of the impact of updates on device performance.
• Maintenance of documentation related to MDM configurations, policies, and procedures.
• Participation in technical support activities relating to integration of hardware, operating system, and application software for mobile devices under iOS and Android OS.
• Production of technical documentation, including user guides, procedure documentation, and evaluation reports.
