Senior Mobility Expert

Overview

Senior Mobile Device Management position to support the management of mobile devices and applications for end-users and industrial environments. The ideal candidate will have experience with Mobileiron, Ivanti EPMM, and other MDM solutions.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and configure MDM solutions to ensure secure and efficient management of mobile devices.
• Manage device provisioning, ensuring proper configurations and adherence to security protocols.
• Provide frontline support for MDM-related issues, including device connectivity, managed application installations, and configuration problems.
• Collaborate with end-users to troubleshoot and resolve mobile device challenges.
• Implement and enforce security measures for mobile devices, including encryption, remote wipe, and password policies.
• Coordinate and oversee the deployment of software updates and patches to mobile devices.
• Monitor and assess the impact of updates on device performance.
• Maintain documentation related to MDM configurations, policies, and procedures.
• Participate in technical support activities relating to the integration of hardware, operating system, and application software for mobile devices under iOS and Android OS.
