Senior Mobile Device Management Specialist

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mobile Device Management Professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of mobile device management solutions.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills and experience in managing mobile devices, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills. They will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the deployment and configuration of mobile device management solutions
• Manage mobile devices, including smartphone, media tablet, iPhone / iPad hardware, testing, and maintenance
• Deploy and configure Mobile Device Management solutions to ensure secure and efficient management of mobile devices
• Manage Apple DEP, VPP, and Certificates
• Customize MDM policies and settings based on organizational requirements
• Facilitate the enrollment of mobile devices into the MDM system
• Manage device provisioning, ensuring proper configurations and adherence to security protocols
• Provide frontline support for MDM-related issues, including device connectivity, managed application installations, and configuration problems
