Business Associate
At Tennium we are looking for an experienced, proactive and talented Business Associate who is eager to grow and make a real impact. You will join our Business team to work on strategic projects, business developments and overall tournament project management and key activities definition and execution. An interest in the world of sport is essential — and if you’re a tennis fan, even better!
Responsibilities
- Develop market research and business analysis : lead specific analysis and draw insights and recommendations from it and assessment on different projects
- Support partners in the definition and strategy of new business opportunities or existing tournaments or projects
- Interpret, evaluate and interrelate research data and develop integrated business analysis and projections for incorporation into strategic decision analysis
- Work on specific consulting projects (internal and external)
- Manage specific content in certain areas of the event (pricing plan, budgeting, marketing plan…)
- Can be involved in supporting specific areas in events / activities including project management and coordination activities
- Attend external client / project meetings with partners
What we’re looking for
Bachelor’s in business administration or similar2+ years of experience of consulting experience or working in the sports and events businessExceptional knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point)Excellent verbal and written Spanish and English requiredEnthusiastic, proactive, positive and full of energyFlexible to accommodate urgent requests and to work even at irregular hours including possible overtime and weekends as per event requirementsExcellent planning, time management, organization and presentation skillsAble to understand urgencies and prioritiesOutstanding attention to detail and proven problem-solving abilityAble to manage stress and operate under intense event environments and requirementsGood team player but also able to work independently on specific workstreamsAvailability to travelDiscretion and confidentialityWhat we offer
