We are in search of a proactive Business Development & Sales Associate. Your primary responsibility will be to devise sales strategies, attract new clients, and meet sales targets. You will be instrumental in boosting our revenue by skillfully managing and negotiating with clients, generating leads, and managing the sales of our unique products and services. Moreover, researching our sales competitors will be a part of your role. Potential Candidates

Key Responsibilities

  • Become well-versed with our product range
  • Identify potential customers and convert leads into sales
  • Engage with both new and existing customers to understand and cater to their needs
  • Emphasize product features to show how they cater to customer needs
  • Address queries regarding our products
  • Handle price negotiations, finalize sales agreements, and ensure timely closures
  • Collaborate with colleagues across different sectors
  • Maintain a robust contact list and nurture relationships with clients
  • Offer feedback for product design to ensure it meets client requirements
  • Ensure post-sale client satisfaction and provide necessary support
  • Consult with clients after sale to resolve problems and provide ongoing support
  • Academic and Experience Skills Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably with a business focus
  • 2-3 years of sales experience
  • Familiarity with to B2B sales
  • Strong verbal & written communication skills
  • Ability to find solutions that benefit both the company and our clients
  • Proficiency in standard office software tools
  • A keen understanding of sales techniques and pipeline management
  • Robust negotiation skills
  • Ability and willingness to travel for meetings with prospective clients and existing clients
  • Knowledge of HubSpot is a plus
