About the Role :
We are seeking a skilled IT expert to provide technical assistance and support for computer systems, software, hardware, and networks.
Responsibilities
- Respond to IT queries via phone, email, or in-person.
- Install, configure, and maintain software and hardware (desktops, laptops, printers, etc.).
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues.
- Set up and manage user accounts, permissions, and passwords.
- Support remote employees via remote access tools.
- Perform routine system maintenance and updates.
- Document issues and resolutions in the helpdesk system.
- Collaborate with other IT team members on projects.
- Monitor IT assets and assist with inventory management.
- Provide support for network and connectivity issues.
Requirements
