We are looking for a IT Oauth 2 Expert based in one of our Hubs in Boadilla del Monte, Cantabria, Málaga, or Portugal .

The successful candidate must have a strong background in BAU production support, ideally for a fast-paced, large enterprise company. They must have the ability to problem-solve, troubleshoot, and effectively deal with incidents in a highly regulated environment.

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Customer Identity Access Management team as a Java Developer and System Integrator. This role is within a dynamic team working on innovative projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing workload to meet objectives with a proactive attitude and initiative.
  • Developing and delivering high-quality code, individually or as part of a team, considering all project aspects.
  • Participating in code reviews and promoting best practices and code quality standards.
  • Engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Integrating third-party software into internal systems.

What you’ll bring

You are passionate about technology, eager to learn about new developments, and interested in understanding the risks faced by the bank. Besides technical skills, a focus on soft skills is also important.

Key skills include :

  • Extensive experience in Java 17 backend development.
  • Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices.
  • Familiarity with technologies such as Apache Maven, Python, and Oracle databases.
  • Understanding of API best practices and object-oriented design.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and CI / CD pipelines.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team towards shared goals.

    • Additional desirable skills

  • Experience in IT system design and solution architecture.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Aspirations for progression into SME or leadership roles.
  • Experience in designing and developing complex enterprise applications.
  • Some familiarity with OAuth 2.0, including grant types like authorization code, client credentials, JWT bearer, and token exchange flows.
