Overview The role of the Retail Planning & Performance Senior Analyst is to support the Manager to deliver reliable business insights by providing the Leadership team with recurring and ad-hoc data analysis and reports. This candidate should be familiar with Retail sales organization, initiatives and data, to be able to both report performance in a structured manner as well as develop analytical models to facilitate decision making. The P&P Senior Analyst will work with stakeholders (both within the P&P team and outside) to ensure general delivery.
Responsibilities Act as a sparring partner for the Retail P&P Manager and Retail Senior Management
Establish and own accurate and robust reporting processes to track performance from a Retail perspective and throughout the different management levels
Lead specific projects or initiatives that impact the Retail sales teams, supporting or owning the full project life cycle from conceptual work to implementation and tracking
Lead or participate in the creation of compelling presentations to communicate progress, enhance discussions and facilitate the decision-making process; make recommendations in the appropriate forums
Work with regional Retail sales teams to analyze and understand performance related to different initiatives, and participate in the development of related action plans moving forward
Conduct detailed analysis when needed, often involving large amounts of data and / or feedback from regional teams
Assist or develop analytical models to support strategic and tactical decision-making related to Retail incentives, sizing, organization, etc.
Establish trust and collaborative working relationships with internal stakeholders, developing a strong network of contacts and gaining support from key players
Leverage technology (Tableau, Salesforce) to drive automation and consistency of data related to specific initiatives

Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
SQL skills are valued (not required)
Experience with data analysis and modelling software (Tableau) is valued (not required)
