Core Responsibilities

The Senior Industry Analyst will lead the Industry Intelligence function within Basebone. Key responsibilities include :

• Review data, sales, and financial performance of vendors to determine competitive advantages.
• Gather data on active markets, including market share, size, and trends affecting future market dynamics.
• Produce reports ranking vendors based on growth, market share, product line, and reputation factors.
• Assess market growth potential, regulatory frameworks, carrier billing platforms, and trends for expansion opportunities.
• Build industry trajectory reports and potential revenue development forecasts.
• Gather data and produce organizational charts and contact info of key service providers and partners.
• Assess needs of carriers and service providers for future collaborations.
• Create a self-service information resource for internal requests.
• Identify and communicate growth opportunities to stakeholders.
