Strategic Project Director

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management and technology, with a passion for working in international and multicultural project environments.

Main Responsibilities

• Develop and implement standards for project management, enhancing accessibility and understanding across the organization.
• Monitor and ensure governance and compliance across projects, including status reports, risk and issue management, milestone tracking, and communication.
• Standardize working methods and deliverables across teams, aligning with specific objectives.
• Pursue opportunities for process optimization, proposing and implementing changes as needed.
• Analyze financial KPIs at the portfolio, program, and project levels, presenting findings to stakeholders.
• Effectively manage stakeholders from diverse backgrounds, varying levels of seniority, and different time zones.
• Facilitate structured onboarding of new team members and provide support to the team as needed.
• Maintain and manage portfolio documentation.
