E-Commerce Sales Specialist

I am currently recruiting for French-speaking Sales Developers to work hybrid in Madrid. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for creating new business opportunities on the French market in the E-Commerce sector. You will work closely with the Customer Success Specialists to ensure a seamless operation.

Responsibilities

• Research and gather potential leads through various channels, including online databases, social media, networking events, and industry publications. Maintain an organized pipeline of prospects.
• Initiate contact with leads through calls, emails, and personalized outreach. Assess their needs, business challenges, and potential fit for the company\'s products or services.
• Develop trust with prospects by providing valuable insights, addressing questions, and maintaining consistent follow-ups. Educate them on the benefits of the company\'s offerings.
• Work closely with Customer Success Specialists to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads. Provide detailed insights and background information to maximize the chances of a successful conversion.
• Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, responses, and progress in CRM tools. Analyze engagement metrics to refine prospecting strategies and improve conversion rates.
