We are currently looking for an experienced E-commerce Specialist to lead and execute our digital sales strategy across owned and third-party channels. This is a 4 month contract role, with the potential to transition into a full-time position based on performance and evolving business needs.
What you’ll do
As the E-commerce Specialist , you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our digital commerce ecosystem (web, app, and marketplaces). You will lead the development and execution of online sales strategies, manage digital campaigns and promotions, monitor performance KPIs, and ensure a seamless customer experience across all digital touchpoints. This role requires strong cross-functional collaboration with international and local teams.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Execution & Business Growth : Develop and implement a comprehensive, multi-channel e-commerce strategy aligned with business goals. Drive revenue and margin growth through promotional planning and execution of key sales moments throughout the year. Define and manage online sales strategies for web, app, and marketplaces.
- Performance Monitoring & Optimization : Monitor sales performance daily across digital channels, including detailed analysis by business unit. Track KPIs such as traffic, conversion rate, average order value, ROI, and customer retention. Continuously optimize UX / UI and site performance to enhance customer experience and increase conversion.
- Campaigns & Content Coordination : Coordinate digital campaigns with Marketing, CRM, and Brand teams to maximize effectiveness. Oversee online catalog management : product assortment, pricing, promotions, and digital content.
- Cross-functional & International Collaboration : Work closely with Logistics, IT, and Customer Service teams to ensure an efficient end-to-end purchase process. Collaborate with international teams (Germany, Italy) to resolve issues and implement new tools and features.
- Market Analysis & Competitor Intelligence : Monitor competitors and market trends to proactively respond to changes and maintain a competitive edge.
What we’re looking for
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Commerce, or a related field.Proven experience (5+ years) in managing e-commerce platforms and digital sales strategies.Experience working with international teams is a plus.Strong understanding of omnichannel retail.Technical Skills
Mandatory :
Advanced ExcelSAP Commerce (or equivalent e-commerce platform)Adobe Analytics (advanced level)Fluency in Spanish and English, with the ability to work effectively in both languages.Nice to have
