IWG – Partnership Sales Lead

About you

You should be passionate about working in a high-growth sector and eager to disrupt the commercial real estate industry. You’ll be skilled at expanding your network and promoting our proposition. You thrive on initiating and closing multiple high-value deals swiftly, driven by your tenacity and expertise.

Whether pursuing leads or following up on inquiries, you’ll highlight what makes an IWG partnership unique. Your excellent communication skills in your local language and English will enable you to present compelling narratives to diverse audiences.

Most importantly, you possess a can-do mindset : passion, curiosity, pride, drive, and ownership. We’ll take care of the rest.

Responsibilities

Join our team of over 200 Partnership Sales Leaders to leverage your entrepreneurial mindset, business and financial acumen, and commitment to achieving outstanding results. Over the past year, we closed more than 1,000 deals across 50+ countries.

From day to day, you will :

  • Negotiate high-value deals to establish new partner locations, expanding the IWG network in various regions
  • Identify opportunities in commercial buildings, pitch partnership proposals, and secure investments ranging from £250k to over £1m for new centers
  • Demonstrate the value of IWG’s partnership proposition to your B2B network
  • Source ambitious partners aligned with our growth objectives, including building conversions and new development locations
  • Use a flexible approach to business development, adapting to partners’ needs
  • Manage your pipeline from initial contact through negotiations to signed agreements
