Senior Partner Manager - Channels (South EMEA)

Our Channels & Alliances Team builds and activates a strategic, differentiated, and high-impact partner ecosystem for our multi-cloud monitoring product. As a Senior Partner Manager, you will recruit and develop channel partners that drive new customer adoption and revenue, including Regional and Global Systems Integrators, Managed Service Providers, and Value Added Resellers.

What You’ll Do :
Identify and recruit new strategic channel partners to drive revenue growth
Enable and activate existing partners through training, planning, and joint selling activities
Coordinate technical and marketing aspects of partnership launches
Host regular business reviews with partners to ensure accountability and report success metrics
Collaborate with Datadog’s regional enterprise and commercial sales teams
Generate partner-sourced net-new sales pipeline and revenue
Who You Are :
7+ years of experience in partner-facing business development, strategic alliances, or channel sales in cloud services or SaaS organizations
Proven ability to drive sales opportunities from lead generation to closure, negotiate agreements, and build lasting partnerships
Ability to quickly understand technical concepts and explain them clearly in writing and verbally
Experience managing Cloud MSP partners is a plus
Willing to travel 20-30% of the time
