We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Workplace specialist to manage and support our service desk service.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. They must also possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities include managing multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards, and providing technical expertise knowledge of SharePoint, Intune Print services would be a plus but not necessary.
