Who we areVentós Group is an international company specialized in the distribution and production of Essential Oils & Aroma Chemicals with the Head Quarters located in Barcelona, Spain. The group has 8 subsidiaries around the world.We believe our people are our most important asset, so we'll offer you a dynamic international working environment with constant opportunities for development.Currently we need to reinforce our Sales team by incorporating an Sales AccountYour RoleProspecting and developing different marketsManage customers through open and interactive communication.Negotiate and close ordersPrepare offersIdentify and assess customer needs.Manage customer complaints and follow up to ensure their resolution.Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service enquiriesPrepare activity reportsMaintain customer databasesCommunicating and coordinating with other departmentsYour SkillsPrevious and recent experience of at least 2-3 years in the commercial area.We will value positively if you have worked in sectors such as the chemical industry or Flavors & Fragances, among others.We will consider that you bring higher education in the field of economics (ADE, Business Administration, etc.) or chemistry, among other related training.Experience with ERP Navision is highly valued.Languages : High level of English.Additional InformationWe offer a benefits package which includes : Option to work remotely 1 whole day and 2 afternoons per week.Flexible working hoursFree language classes depending on the needs and another training courses.Health Insurance.Common spaces for after work activities.Meal and breakfast service partially subsidized by the company.Corporate paddle tennis court for employees and family membersDo you think your professional profile fits and this could be a good project for you?
