What you'll do

As a Reservations & Guest Services Specialist, you will be at the heart of our operations, ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless booking process and a memorable stay. Your responsibilities will span across three key areas :

Reservations :

• Turn inquiries into bookings by assisting customers throughout their journey—from selecting the perfect property to confirming their stay.
• Guide clients on location, pricing, and property features to ensure their needs are met.
• Accurately manage booking information and system updates.
