Guest Services Advisor Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Guest Services Advisor to join our team.The ideal candidate will have previous experience in guest relations, front desk, customer service, or hospitality roles and be proficient in property management systems and MS Office.The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable stay for our guests, and maintaining accurate guest records and updating the reservation system as necessary.The Guest Services Advisor will also be responsible for coordinating with other departments to ensure guest needs are met and expectations exceeded, conducting regular inspections of guest rooms and common areas to ensure they meet company standards, and soliciting guest feedback through surveys and direct interactions to continuously improve service quality.Main Responsibilities- Guest Relations : - Greet guests upon arrival and provide a warm, welcoming atmosphere.- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.- Address guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring timely resolution.- Provide information about aparthotel facilities, services, and local attractions.- Reservation Management : - Handle reservations, modifications, and cancellations, ensuring accurate records in the reservation system.- Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to manage special requests and group bookings.- Communication : - Serve as the main point of contact for guests during their stay, providing assistance and information as needed.- Maintain effective communication with other departments to ensure guest needs are met and expectations exceeded.- Concierge Services : - Assist guests with transportation, restaurant reservations, and activity bookings.- Provide recommendations on local attractions, dining options, and events.- Administrative Duties : - Maintain accurate guest records and update the reservation system as necessary.- Process payments and handle financial transactions securely and accurately.- Prepare and distribute guest-related reports to management.- Quality Assurance : - Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and common areas to ensure they meet company standards.- Report any maintenance issues or housekeeping concerns to the relevant departments for prompt resolution.- Feedback Collection : - Solicit guest feedback through surveys and direct interactions to continuously improve service quality.- Address any negative feedback constructively and ensure follow-up actions are taken.
