We are seeking a skilled Compensation and Benefits Manager to support our team in delivering strategic compensation and benefits initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Partner with teams on compensation and benefits strategy and execution.
• Deliver annual compensation cycle : data management, training, manager support, and outcome processing.
• Design and manage incentive schemes across multiple levels and geographies.
• Oversee benefits strategy and vendor management, including renewals and tax optimization.
• Maintain job architecture and conduct job evaluations and benchmarking.
• Lead EU Pay Transparency implementation and gender pay gap reporting.
• Develop compensation metrics and insights for leadership.
• Administer bonus payouts and support LTIP processes.
• Participate in compensation surveys and support M&A-related compensation analysis.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of European C&B practices, advanced Excel and data analysis skills, experience with salary surveys, job evaluation, and compensation planning tools, and a proactive approach.
