Area Sales Manager - East

We are currently looking for a Sales Manager East that will lead Regeneron’s Immunology sales specialist team across Dermatology. The Sales Manager will co-create and embed a high-performance team culture aligned to Regeneron’s vision, values, and strategic direction. They will ensure excellent execution of commercial strategies in collaboration with our partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team by providing relevant feedback, coaching, training, development planning, and managing talent effectively.
• Identify and share the best methodologies to improve team performance.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with Regeneron’s co-commercialization partners and expand the company’s reputation with Key Healthcare Professionals (HCPs).
• Ensure the team has extensive knowledge of products, competitor therapies, and the environment to maximize commercial opportunities.
• Contribute to Regional and Local Account strategic plans by operationalizing them with tactical plans assigned to team members.
• Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to meet revenue targets, take corrective actions when needed, and act in compliance with industry codes and Regeneron’s SOPs.
