Omnitel is seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team in the security market. This role offers a unique opportunity to expand our business in high-growth segments and work with innovative companies.
The ideal candidate will have a hunter mentality, consultative selling approach, and strong presentation skills to prospect and close new logo business within top accounts in Spain.
This role requires experience working with channel partners, especially in Cybersecurity and Application Security. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing a sales plan to expand Omnitel's business in the region and target strategic organizations above $2 billion in revenue or expand existing customer engagement.
- Develop a sales strategy to drive business growth in the region.
- Hunt for new logo business directly or through regional partner ecosystems.
- Orchestrate demand generation efforts with Marketing, Business Development, and Channel teams.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, involving different sales support functions.
- Create accurate sales forecasts.
- Travel up to 25% to generate pipeline, accelerate sales, cultivate partner relationships, and support regional events.
To succeed in this role, you will need :
Min. 5 years of Sales experience selling Security solutions (SaaS and DevOps familiarity a plus).Proven track record of selling to technical audiences like CIOs, CTOs, CISOs, etc.Team player attitude and ambition to build and lead the franchisee overtime.Proven history of quota over-achievement.Ability to work in a rapidly expanding environment at a high growth company.Adoptability of new products and services into our sales methodology (MEDDPIC).Passionate about disruptive technology and digital transformation.Excellent communication skills.
