Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert multi-channel support to hospitality businesses, addressing technical and operational queries with professionalism and care.
- Efficiently resolve up to 85% of issues at first contact, escalating where necessary to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Troubleshoot software and connection issues, utilizing strong problem-solving skills to find effective solutions.
- Lead customers through screen-share sessions to solve complex problems, demonstrating patience and expertise.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to track trends, identify areas for improvement, and implement process enhancements.
- Develop and contribute to high-quality help articles, training materials, and customer resources, reinforcing our commitment to excellence.
Requirements
You must be based in Andalusia, Spain.You should be fluent in Spanish and have excellent English language skills, with Italian being an asset.A university degree and 3-5 years' experience in customer support or SaaS software support are essential.You possess strong problem-solving and technical troubleshooting skills, with a calm and professional demeanor under pressure.You are an organized, detail-oriented individual who thrives in structured, fast-paced environments.What We Offer
