Your contribution to achieving global safety, security, and sustainability :

• Advising HR departments on the implementation of suitable HR software, including process mapping, creating the design concept, comparing solutions and planning the integration of the solution into the HR system landscape
• Construction, support, configuration and further development of the existing HR systems SAP SuccessFactors with focus on the modules : Recruiting and Onboarding 2.0 , Employee Central , and RBP (Role-Based Permission)
• Technical advice to the specialist department in the analysis and definition of HR processes
• Management of external consultants
• Sub-project management
