Head of Customer Success

The role :

We are looking for a Head of Customer Success for our end-to-end solution (SaaS Renewables)

Your key responsibilities :

• Lead and coordinate the Customer Success Managers team.
• Provide strategic guidelines for developing and implementing the CSM role at Isotrol, as well as guiding and prioritising work within the CSM team.
• Facilitate coordination with other areas of the company, such as sales, product and operations.
• Monitor the status of accounts in relation to the risks and opportunities associated with each stage of the customer lifecycle : onboarding, adoption and extension.
• Define objectives and monitor success indicators for the area in order to define associated action plans.
