Professional Services Engineer

About the position :

Given our business model where our customers pay us over time, Customer Success is vital to ensuring our customers derive long-term value from our platform. To enhance our customer experience with Netskope, we need experienced Professional Services Engineers to drive value and success for our customers.

Responsibilities include :

• Understand customer requirements and deliverables, and create a comprehensive Statement of Work (SOW).
• Present Netskope cloud security assessments to customers.
• Understand system integration with SSO, AD, Proxies, Cloud APIs, VMs, & Firewalls.
• Create evaluation test plans and implement DLP solutions.
• Manage projects independently and deliver services on time.
• Create training materials and deliver hands-on training to customers.
• Work closely with customers and their technical teams.
