Professional Services Engineer

About the position :

Given our business model where our customers pay us over time, Customer Success is vital to ensuring our customers derive long-term value from our platform. To enhance our customer experience with Netskope, we need experienced Professional Services Engineers to drive value and success for our customers.

Responsibilities include :

Understand customer requirements and deliverables, and create a comprehensive Statement of Work (SOW).

Present Netskope cloud security assessments to customers.

Understand system integration with SSO, AD, Proxies, Cloud APIs, VMs, & Firewalls.

Create evaluation test plans and implement DLP solutions.

Manage projects independently and deliver services on time.

Create training materials and deliver hands-on training to customers.

Work closely with customers and their technical teams.

Job Requirements :

5+ years of experience as a Professional Services Consultant with a proven track record and demonstrated skills in presenting technical information at the executive or architect level.

Excellent knowledge and prior experience selling network security technologies including proxies, NG firewalls, SSL / IPSec, VPNs, SSO, DLP, and encryption gateways.

Experience with system installation, configuration, and administration of UNIX / Linux and Windows systems (Active Directory / LDAP experience desirable).

Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Experience working with Fortune 500 companies.

Prior experience in early-stage startups.

Scripting skills in Perl or Python.

Education :

Bachelor's degree preferred (e.g., BS in Computer Science or equivalent).
