Descripción del trabajoBachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience. Strong understanding of IFRS and local GAAP standards. Hands-on experience with accounting software like Oracle or NetSuite is a plus. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite. Fluent in English (Advanced level). Senior Accountant - Financial Reporting & Compliance

Responsibilities
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing processes with precision.
- Perform core accounting functions to ensure accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.
- Manage general accounting tasks, including supplier accounts, accruals, invoices, fixed assets, income, and expenses.
- Reconcile balance sheets and general ledger accounts for financial clarity.
- Assist in preparing for annual audits, ensuring seamless execution.
- Manage all accounts, ledgers, and reporting systems in line with local GAAP / IFRS standards.
- Prepare annual financial statements for auditor review.
- Cultivate strong, professional relationships with business leaders and the finance team.
