What you will do : The Role’s Key Responsibilities and Tasks

As an eDOer, you will have clear objectives, great challenges, and a clear overview of how your work contributes to the global company project and its customers. As a Senior Accountant in the Finance Team, you will be in charge of :

Investigate & understand complex accounting processes and their potential impact on the P&L.

Analysis of financial discrepancies related to automatic and manual processes.

Enhance data analytics to provide greater insights.

Proactively optimise work papers and processes.

Review changes in year-to-date (YTD) trends and understand variations.

Detect inconsistencies, assess their impact on EBITDA, and communicate with stakeholders to resolve them.

Ensure accounting flows are accurate and database integrity is maintained, reviewing consistency reports regularly.

Understand product flow processes and anticipate potential integration issues.

Assist stakeholders with accounting matters and provide support for EBITDA follow-up and new product integration.

What you need to succeed : Good to have

Minimum 4 years’ experience in accounting and analysis.

Analytical mind and ability to work under pressure.

Fluent in English and Spanish. Advanced Excel is a must.

Comfortable working with large volumes of data.

Knowledge of the travel industry is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Applied AI Tools : Demonstrated comfort using practical AI tools such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, or other AI-powered coding assistants.

Experimentation Mindset : Curiosity and eagerness to explore, experiment with, and integrate emerging AI-driven solutions into software development workflows.

AI-Enhanced Problem Solving : Ability to effectively leverage AI tools to debug code, streamline development processes, and enhance productivity.

Adaptability and Learning Agility : Enthusiastic about continuously learning and quickly adapting to new AI features and capabilities.

Collaboration with AI : Experience or interest in collaborating closely with AI tools as “pair programmers” to complement traditional software development practices.
