What You'll Do Complete end-to-end accounting processes and ensure the timely, quality preparation of monthly Management Reporting.

Collaborate closely with the Commercial Finance team to accurately record revenue and Cost of Sales.

Ensure timely, accurate, and compliant statutory and tax reporting obligations.

Provide essential support to achieve short-term business goals and long-term strategic objectives by upholding the financial integrity and profitability of the company.

Deliver accurate monthly financial reports, forecasts, plans, and management reports.

Support ad hoc projects by providing required financial insights.

Complete transactional month-end close processes, ensuring all deadlines are met.

Review intercompany transactions and reconciliations.

Report and monitor accruals and prepayments, and submit reporting obligations to Corporate.

Conduct monthly reviews and analyses of operational results against budgets and forecasts.

Maintain and complete Balance Sheet Reconciliations for each entity, resolving outstanding queries proactively.

Ensure compliance with accounting and finance policies.

Submit monthly Spanish VAT Returns, including Maddocs & Intrastat, and collaborate with external Tax Accountants and Spanish tax advisors.

Assist with preparing EMEA Statutory and Compliance Reports, including Statutory Accounts and Corporation Tax Computations.

Support external and internal audit requirements.

Provide ad hoc analysis and business information support as needed, and partner with Commercial Finance to improve understanding.

Support Accounts Payable and Receivable officers, participate in system and process improvements, and fulfill ad-hoc analysis and data requests for corporate teams.

What We're Looking For Proven experience using SAGE 1000.

Experience with Anaplan is advantageous.

Qualified ACCA / CIMA (or similar).

Outstanding knowledge of Excel and Microsoft 365 Suite.

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines.

Experience with VAT Returns and statutory reporting is a plus.
