Senior Accountant

Scopely is seeking a highly motivated Senior Accountant to join our Corporate Accounting / Finance team in Barcelona, Spain on a hybrid basis!

What You Will Do Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end GL close processes.

Assist with intercompany reconciliation between subsidiary and parent company.

Assist with annual audits in Ireland and the UK.

Support the preparation of monthly VAT tax declarations for Ireland and the UK.

Perform monthly GL account reconciliation in Oracle (ARCS).

Support ad hoc projects and other duties as required.

What You Will Need Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting or a similar field.

Bachelor's or Associate's degree in accounting or a related field.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.

Experience working in an international company across multiple locations.

Demonstrated history of process improvements.

Experience with Oracle is advantageous.

Excellent communication skills in English.

Strong analytical skills.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office packages.
