Lucas Fox is entering an exciting new phase following our majority acquisition by Dils, a leading international real estate group. This partnership unlocks new opportunities in Spain’s luxury real estate market, making it an ideal time to join our team.

With over 50 years of expertise, Dils operates in Italy, the Netherlands, and Portugal, and is a key player in transforming the Office, Retail, Logistics, Hospitality, and Residential sectors.

Together, we aim to double our workforce over the next three years, supported by significant investment and innovation.

Main Responsibilities

Lead, train, and coach a team of sales agents to drive performance.
Set performance goals and KPIs; monitor team productivity and efficiency.
Ensure achievement of business targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
Represent the department and uphold high standards of customer service and brand image.
Support agents during complex deals with hands-on sales and closing strategies.
Participate actively in negotiations and deal closures.
Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to post-sale follow-up.
Contribute to the hiring and onboarding of sales agents, offering input on recruitment needs and performance.

Requirements

5 years’ experience in real estate, with strong knowledge of local and international clientele.

Proven ability to manage a team of 10+ international sales agents.

Solid understanding of real estate, legal, and financial processes.

Fluent in English and Spanish (additional languages a plus).

Professional, well-presented, strong communicator and negotiator.

Results-driven, team-oriented, and financially focused, with a problem-solving mindset.

Highly organized and flexible with working hours.

Committed to delivering top-tier customer service, especially with high-demand clients.
