• Your role
• You will be responsible for a portfolio of rental assets. Your daily tasks include ensuring and optimizing rental incomes while maintaining security.
• You will be in constant contact with tenants, supporting them throughout their stay.
• Your missions will include :
• Drafting lease agreements
• Payment reminders
• Setting renewal clauses for rent adjustments
• Managing rental charges
• Handling security deposit returns
• Management reports
• Paying utilities
• Working in the best interest of property owners, ensuring rigorous management of received dossiers, follow-ups on unpaid rents, and related procedures.

Legal and technical missions :

• Handling technical and legal aspects to ensure future property conditions
• Receiving internal and external properties according to Masteos's standards
• Managing incidents
• Monitoring minor works
• Contract and property condition inspections
• Coordinating with contractors

Besides management tasks, you should be :

• Capable of managing complex situations
• Able to collaborate with other departments to improve processes
• Dedicated to maintaining tenant and landlord satisfaction

• If you have worked in real estate or legal sectors, have 5-10 years of similar experience, and are persuasive and rigorous in managing your portfolio, this opportunity is for you.

Compensation and benefits :

• A package of €24,000 + variable and achievable annual targets (between €10K and €20K)
