As we continue to grow, we are currently seeking a dedicated M&A Integration Manager to join our team.
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic M&A Integration Manager to lead and execute the integration of acquired businesses across our organization. This senior role is critical for driving value realization and operational synergy from M&A activities. Although the focus of this role will be on post-deal integration, the M&A Integration Manager will be part of the M&A team and have certain exposure to the full deal cycle to ensure alignment with the overall processes of the M&A team.
Develop and implement comprehensive integration plans that align with the strategic goals of the acquisition.
Lead the end-to-end integration process, including planning, execution, and monitoring, to ensure successful integration of acquired businesses.
Identify and prioritize key integration activities to achieve targeted synergies and business objectives.
Collaborate with C-level executives, including the Chief Business and Chief Corporate Officers of subsidiaries, to provide regular updates and ensure alignment on integration efforts.
Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing insights, recommendations, and solutions to complex integration challenges.
Operational Integration and Synergy Realization :
Oversee the integration of key business functions, ensuring minimal disruption to ongoing operations.
Develop processes to monitor and track the realization of synergies and report progress to key stakeholders.
Address integration-related risks and issues promptly, ensuring resolution and alignment with overall business strategy.
Reporting and Performance Monitoring :
Provide regular updates and comprehensive reports on integration status, risks, and achieved milestones to the Corporate M&A Manager and subsidiary leadership.
Develop KPIs and metrics to measure integration performance and make data-driven adjustments as needed.
6+ years of experience in M&A integration, management consulting, corporate strategy, or a similar role.
Proven track record of successfully leading and executing complex integration projects across multiple locations and business units.
Strong ability to engage C-level executives and senior stakeholders.
Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple workstreams.
Must be available to travel within Europe, depending on project needs.
