Senior Account Executive

Descripción del trabajoProven experience in sales and post-sales account management for mid-sized and large eCommerce clients, both locally and internationally. Successfully managed complex commercial relationships : negotiation, proposals, onboarding, account development. Familiar with retailers, marketplaces, and major players in the eCommerce ecosystem (B2C / B2B). Demonstrated experience in sales cycle management. Sales training a plus (Sandler, Meddic etc). Strong background in consultative selling and ability to build long-term, value-driven partnerships. Hands-on experience with delivery platforms, logistics services, or API integration between carriers and merchants. Possible career paths : 1. Started as a high-performing sales executive focused on enterprise clients and was later promoted to sales team lead / manager (small team : 24 people). 2. Or still acts as an individual contributor, highly autonomous and ambitious, with consistent results and interest in scaling impact. Solid understanding of the data flow between carriers and merchants, including : eCommerce platform integrations (Magento, Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.) IT logistics systems (WMS / OMS / ERP) Comfortable working with both technical and commercial stakeholders, especially during pre-sales, onboarding, or integration phases Spanish & Italian — either one mother tongue. Fluent level with proven working experience English intermediate level (spoken and written); capable of handling meetings, presentations, and written communication in an international context
