Responsibilities CNC Machining : Operating and maintaining CNC machines to produce precision parts. Ensure accuracy and quality control throughout the process.

3D Printing : Set up and use 3D printers (FDM, SLA, etc.) to produce prototypes and functional parts. Develop expertise in material selection and printing techniques.

Interpretation of Blueprints : Reading technical drawings and CAD files to produce parts. Demonstrate attention to detail and understanding of design specifications.

Project Collaboration : Work with engineers and designers to optimize manufacturing processes. Foster effective communication and problem-solving skills.

Laboratory Management : Organizing the work area, complying with safety regulations, and managing stock. Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Requirements Education :

Students pursuing a degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical Manufacturing, or Production Programming in Mechanical Manufacturing, or similar fields.

Students studying Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Design, or related fields.

Technical Skills :

Experience with CNC machines (milling machines, lathes) and 3D printers (FDM, SLA, SLS).

Ability to work with manual machining tools (drills, saws, etc.).

Basic knowledge of welding is a plus.

Familiarity with CAD software (Fusion 360, SolidWorks, AutoCAD) is a plus.
