Senior Configuration Expert

Overview

The Configuration Specialist role is an expert position responsible for delivering configuration and localization of Qapter suite products.

This position offers career development opportunities from other Professional Services teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential for managing multiple projects simultaneously while collaborating with the configuration team, Professional Services, and Product & Development.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver configurations and localizations for Qapter suite products

Analyze requests to present optimal configuration delivery outcomes

Manage multiple parallel projects, ensuring timely and quality delivery

Maintain documentation and track progress in tools like JIRA and Confluence

Requirements

1-3 years of software development experience

Proficiency in programming languages : JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML

Experience with technical implementations, integration projects, SOAP, APIs, API management, OAuth, and XML

Strong analytical skills with focus on delivering effective solutions without unnecessary complexity

Excellent time management and self-organization abilities

Strong interpersonal skills and passion for collaboration and communication

Ability to work independently with high degree of responsibility

Familiarity with Agile methodologies and practices
