We are looking for an OEM Bike International Account manager to join our team. Are you also looking for the next step in your sales career? Do you believe that you are an accurate, structured and independent commercial professional. When you are also good at understanding your customers’ and market needs and turning commercial propositions into actual sales, then we would like to know more about you!

The Challenge Interact with customers via physical or telematic, in order to cement long term relationships with Shimano and gain updates on their developments and / or needs.

Give customers product presentations, product information and offer proposals complete with commentary and recommendations.

Create account plans, map and safeguard partnerships, create forecasts and set future targets & KPIs.

Track performance against targets and take remedial action where necessary in order to achieve goals.

Create and provide to the organization market insights; based on visit reports, data analysis and competitor research.

Make proactive use of company CRM tool.

Actively support and participate in Marketing initiatives.

Monitor internal processes and support colleagues across the organization to ensureexternal presentation to the customer is optimal.

What are we looking for? You will have 5-10 years' experience in bike OEM (purchasing or sales), as well as experience in managing key accounts.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast paced, and multicultural environment.

You are the one who can easily adapt, Flexible working style with sound analytical skills to plan, forecast and is able prioritize your workload.

Technical knowledge of OEM Shimano bike parts.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills In Spanish & English both verbally as in writing.

Openness to regular international travelling.

Are you a strategic thinker who excels at connecting dots across the organization.

Demonstrated ability to work effectively in team environments and contribute to collective goals.
