As an Account Manager at EXTE, you will play a key role in growing and maintaining strong relationships with some of the most relevant media agencies.

About your responsibilities
Manage and grow a portfolio of media agencies, achieving revenue and business targets.
Act as the go-to contact for client inquiries, providing quick and effective resolutions.
Partner with sales leads to shape proposals (RFPs) aligned with client strategies and EXTE capabilities.
Collaborate with ad operations and media solutions to ensure campaigns run smoothly and meet performance goals.
Oversee campaigns, analyze results, and provide optimization recommendations.
Proactively identify and resolve campaign-related issues.
Deliver regular performance reports and lead quarterly business reviews with key clients.
Contribute new ideas to improve campaign delivery and stand out as a high-performing team.
What makes you a great fit
Technical Skills
2 / 4 years of experience in digital media, AdTech, or programmatic advertising.
Solid understanding of media agency dynamics and the digital advertising ecosystem.
Strong technical knowledge of ad-serving and tracking technologies.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and performance metrics.
Proficiency with numbers : arithmetic, percentages, decimals, and performance analysis.
Spanish and English.
Soft Skills
Excellent customer service orientation with the ability to resolve inquiries efficiently and courteously.
Proactive and confident self-starter, motivated to learn quickly and deliver results.
Positive, solution-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
