Building on the legacy of trusted service since 1947 and 1953, SGX will deliver the full suite of packaging graphics, plate and cylinder production, and metal deco services to brand owners, retailers, and printers-all with a focus on reducing complexity, delivering flawless in-market execution, and leveraging global reach to drive consistency and impact at scale.We are looking for an Account Manager for one of our prestigious clients.In this pivotal position, you will be responsible for ensuring that all new and existing projects within scope are managed effectively, on time, and on budget. You will also act as strategic partner with the client, and be a champion for quality of delivery across all work.In this role, you will have opportunity to lead a team of 3 dedicated support staff working on client site. This is an autonomous role, where you will be afforded the tools and resources to manage both your team and the client relationship as required to achieve the best possible outcomes - giving you the opportunity to place your stamp on all aspects of the work carried out. If you have demonstrable experience of process improvement - that's perfect - however we would also welcome applications from those with the relevant industry and team leadership experience too.This is an exciting opportunity to join a dedicated, autonomous team, working with a household name client, and for a business that is on an exciting growth journey into this year and beyond.What you’ll do : Manage a team of 3 Projects ManagersHandle the client accounts and develop a strong solid business relationship through regular and proactive contactDecide on best way to meet client’s business objectives through delivery of various services on time and with high qualityCoordinate all aspects of the response to the client brief, paying particular attention to quality and revenue generated.Work to improve internal processes, communications and the working relationship between the assigned account team and all other departments at SGX.Monitor progress, pre-empting any problems and making recommendations in regard to modifications required through a solution focussed approachEffectively obtain and manage feedback from clientMonitor KPIs and report back to the clientStrengthen and extend the client relationship through the identification of business growth opportunitiesEnsure a thorough understanding of the internal and billing procedures at SGX, assisting in the completion of monthly financial summaries and forecasts together with the Account DirectorWhat you’ll have : 3-5 years of experience in a similar Account Management or Client Success roleBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or other related fieldExperience in pre-press, packaging or other related industry preferredCurrent Spanish / English language abilityExperience in team management is preferred, coupled with the drive and passion to inspire othersA confident and persuasive manner, coupled with the ability to innovate and present creative solutionsFirst class organisational skills, coupled with great attention to detail, and the ability to communicate suchAdditional info : Full time, Temporary contract - parental leave 1 yearLocation : Espluges de Llobregat, BarcelonaWork arrangement : hybrid, 3 days working from office and 2 days working from home.Start date : ideally, OctoberThe businesses of SGS & Co and SGK have united to form Propelis, a go-to-market ecosystem that enables marketers to move their brands forward with greater speed, clarity, and confidence.
