- We are a young and international team of over 420 people based worldwide! Since 2018, we have helped thousands of travelers by providing global internet to more than 200 worldwide destinations.
- Mission Work directly with the Director of Performance to keep execution on track across Paid Media, SEO, Affiliates, and CRM.
Your job is to make sure campaigns launch on time, teams stay aligned, priorities are clear, and performance results are tracked and followed up every week.
You will also support sales forecasting and help connect performance activity with revenue impact.
What You’ll Do
Tactical Execution and Prioritization – Turn strategic goals into weekly action plans. Help prioritize campaigns, experiments, and optimization tasks. Spot blockers early and coordinate with teams to fix them quickly. Ensure the right audiences and segments are activated in each campaign, coordinating with Paid and CRM teams. Support Paid, SEO, and Affiliate teams in tracking keyword performance and identifying new opportunities to grow traffic and acquisition.Cross-Channel Alignment – Help ensure that all performance teams (Paid, SEO, Affiliates, CRM) stay aligned in priorities, timelines, and messaging. Follow up on initiatives that involve multiple channels to make sure the strategy is coherent and consistent. Surface misalignments early and work with the Director of Performance to fix them before they affect results.Performance Tracking and Forecast – Consolidate dashboards and reports across performance channels. Track KPIs weekly : performance vs targets, gaps, and quick wins. Support sales forecasting and help monitor progress toward monthly and quarterly goals. Assist in reviewing global marketing investments with a performance lens.Project and Workflow Management – Make sure tasks, campaigns, and launches stay on track. Coordinate execution across Paid, SEO, Affiliates, and CRM. Track progress and flag risks or delays early.Process and Operations Improvements – Propose better ways to work : naming, rituals, documentation, briefings. Keep internal docs and playbooks up to date. Help the Director of Performance maintain focus and speed across all channels.Qualifications
3 to 5 years of experience in performance marketing or digital operations.Strong understanding of Paid Media, SEO, Affiliates, and CRM / email marketing.You are organized, proactive, and get energy from execution.Comfortable working with internal teams and external agencies.You do not need to define strategy, but you make it happen with speed and consistency.Apply and More
