Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept

  • Client Relationships : Regularly engage with customers, addressing their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Sales Growth : Develop personalized sales strategies, including cross-selling, up-selling, and churn management.
  • Support & Feedback : Provide prompt, personalized after-sales support, ensuring timely responses and proactive communication.
  • Product Promotion : Educate clients on new products and features, aligning them with their specific use cases.
  • Collaboration : Serve as the main point of contact between customers and internal teams, offering valuable feedback.
  • Customer Engagement : Hold regular video meetings to demonstrate product updates and strengthen relationships.

At Factorial, we're looking for an Account Manager for the DACH Market to support our existing customers. We evaluate all seniority levels : Junior, Mid & Senior , as we believe diversity and collaboration are key for rocking the world! Your role involves building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with customers through proactive engagement, understanding client needs, and creating personalized strategies to drive satisfaction, retention, and growth.

  • Client Relationships : Regularly engage with customers, addressing their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Sales Growth : Develop personalized sales strategies, including cross-selling, up-selling, and churn management.

  • Success includes uncapped bonus potential, with earnings growing alongside impact, based on churn management, revenue growth, and upselling new features.

    Your Profile

  • Native level of German and fluent in English.
  • Customer-focused experience in support or satisfaction roles is highly valued.
  • Passion for simplifying processes and removing obstacles for customers and colleagues.
  • Ambitious, proactive, and a positive team player with strong organizational skills.
  • Confident using CRM tools and unafraid to support clients via phone.
  • Ready to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment.
  • Eager to take ownership and contribute to continuous improvement.
