German - Account Manager for marketing campains

Deutschkenntnisse auf C2-Niveau und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse (schriftlich und mündlich). 1–2 Jahre Erfahrung im Vertrieb oder Online-Werbung. Umfangreiche Erfahrung im Marketing, insbesondere im digitalen Bereich und mit Google Ads (vorzugsweise im Einzelhandel, in der Reisebranche oder mit größeren Unternehmen). Tiefes Verständnis von Marketingkonzepten, -strategien und -tools, insbesondere im digitalen Bereich. Mid / Senior-Level-Profil mit der Fähigkeit zur strategischen Beratung auf hohem Niveau. Fähigkeit zum Aufbau langfristiger Kundenbeziehungen mit nachhaltigem Mehrwert. Ausgezeichnete Kommunikations- und zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten mit beratendem Ansatz. Vollzeitstelle (39 Std. / Woche) im hybriden Modell in Barcelona mit einem Gehalt von 30.000€ brutto / Jahr + bis zu 3.500€ brutto / Jahr Bonus. Umzugspaket inkl. Flugticket und Unterkunft in einem schönen Einzelstudio für den ersten Monat (je nach Verfügbarkeit). Private Krankenversicherung. Kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung und Zertifizierungen. Overview
Deine Aufgaben :
- Bereitstellung von tiefgehender, beratender Unterstützung, um sicherzustellen, dass die Marketingbedürfnisse der Kundinnen und Kunden mit fortschrittlichen und effektiven Lösungen erfüllt werden.
- Zusammenarbeit mit größeren Kundinnen, insbesondere aus Einzelhandel, Reisebranche und anderen umsatzstarken Bereichen, zur Optimierung ihrer Google Ads-Kampagnen und Strategien.
- Bereitstellung von tiefgehender, beratender Unterstützung, um sicherzustellen, dass die Marketingbedürfnisse der Kundinnen mit fortschrittlichen und effektiven Lösungen erfüllt werden.
- Verbesserung der Werbeleistung durch Einblicke, Empfehlungen und langfristige Wachstumsstrategien.
- Aufbau und Pflege starker, langfristiger Beziehungen mit Fokus auf wertorientierte Beratung statt kurzfristiger Lösungen.
- Regelmäßige Follow-ups zur Sicherstellung der erfolgreichen Umsetzung und Optimierung der Strategien.
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Kundinnen zur Abstimmung der Google Ads-Strategien auf deren Geschäftsziele.
- Expertenberatung zu fortgeschrittenen Marketingkonzepten und Google Ads-Funktionen zur Zielerreichung.
