We are looking for a seasoned professional to support the development, pre-construction and construction of renewable energy projects globally. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring successful project delivery from early development through to operations.
In this challenging and rewarding position, you will evaluate construction risks, provide expert guidance to regional teams and ensure safety, governance and quality standards are met across all projects. You will also support the negotiation and execution of contracts with EPC contractors and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities :
- Evaluate construction risks and ensure readiness at development and acquisition stages.
- Provide expert guidance to regional teams throughout pre-construction and construction phases.
- Ensure safety, governance, and quality standards are met across all projects.
- Support the negotiation and execution of EPC and related contracts.
- Lead and promote lessons learned, continuous improvement, and smooth handovers to operations.
Required Skills and Qualifications :
Engineering degree with substantial relevant experience in renewable energy projectsProven success managing construction of renewable energy projects either in the capacity of owner, EPC contractor or investor.Strong commercial and contractual acumenContractor and stakeholder management skills.Experience with BESS projects and understanding of project finance (preferred, but not essential)A proactive communicator, comfortable working across multiple cultures and geographies.Fluent in English (additional languages are an advantage)Willingness to travel internationally.This is a rare opportunity to join a high-impact team within an organization driving the global energy transition.
