Laundry Operations Supervisor

Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Laundry Operations Supervisor to oversee the daily operation of our laundry facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in laundry management and excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities Supervise laundry personnel and ensure they adhere to established protocols.

Maintain laundry facilities and equipment to ensure efficient operation.

Monitor and control inventory levels and ordering supplies.

Provide exceptional customer service to guests and colleagues.

Requirements Minimum 2 years' experience in a luxury environment with excellent customer service skills.

High school diploma or equivalent education, training, or experience.

Ability to read and interpret English language documents.

Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and chemical handling.

Proficiency in computer software packages such as Excel and Word.

Good knowledge of the English language with ability to speak additional languages preferred.
