Laundry Operations Specialist

Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Laundry Manager to oversee the daily operations of our laundry facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all chemicals are used and disposed of according to approved protocols.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent guest service skills, with a minimum of two years of experience in a luxury environment. A combination of education equivalent to a high school diploma or any other relevant source is also required.

Responsibilities Supervising the daily operation of the laundry facility

Ensuring proper chemical handling and disposal

Coordinating with Housekeeping Director & Maintenance Manager for preventative maintenance of laundry equipment

Qualifications Minimum of two (2) years guest facing service experience in a luxury environment

Combination of education equivalent to high school diploma or any other relevant source

Working knowledge of computers, Internet access, and ability to navigate within software packages like Excel, Word, or related programs
