E-commerce Governance Specialist

Miravia is an innovative e-commerce platform that connects buyers and sellers effortlessly.

Your Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement strategies to detect, review, and address prohibited / illegal product listings using smart automation and manual oversight.
• Create, update, and enforce seller policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs) in line with local and EU regulations (e.g., consumer safety, restricted items) and platform standards.
• Design and optimize smart detection rules to flag high-risk products, ensuring scalability and accuracy.

Cross-functional leadership : Advise senior leaders on compliance risks, trends, and mitigation strategies. Drive process improvements through data analysis, automation, and stakeholder feedback.

Requirements :

~ Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, Technology, or related field.

~ 4+ years of experience in compliance, trust & safety, or risk management (e-commerce or tech preferred).

~ Proficient in SQL (tested during hiring) and data-driven decision-making.
