Join a team of cybersecurity professionals and help Swiss Re fulfil its mission in making the world more resilient. As a Business Analyst specialized in Identity & Access Management (IAM), you’ll support the modernization of Swiss Re’s identity landscape by improving how internal applications integrate with platforms like Microsoft Entra ID and SailPoint.
You’ll focus on identifying integration gaps, assist application teams, and help transition from legacy onboarding to scalable, standardised identity services, working closely with architects, engineers, and product teams to ensure structure, consistency, and governance across the organisation.
What's more, you'll be working in a hybrid setup, perfectly balancing work from home and the office premises.
About The Team
The Security Team leads all cybersecurity activities across Swiss Re, including engineering, governance, risk, and compliance. Within it, the Workforce IAM teams ensure secure and efficient access to digital services for our global workforce. Our current priorities include simplifying identity services and reducing technical debt by consolidating legacy platforms and improving how applications integrate with IAM. We’re aligning with strategic platforms like Microsoft Entra ID and SailPoint Identity Security Cloud to support long-term scalability, consistency, and governance.
We’re looking for a hands-on IAM Business Analyst to support the transition to modern identity services and improve how applications onboard and integrate. You’ll help ensure consistency, support adoption of a standard model, and align with our security and architecture frameworks.

In your role, you will be responsible for...
Support application onboarding to strategic IAM platforms (e.g. Microsoft Entra ID, SailPoint)
Analyze existing integrations and identify inconsistencies, workarounds, or legacy patterns
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and application teams to clarify integration requirements
Help stakeholders understand onboarding expectations and support them through adoption
Document integration flows, checklists, and reusable guidance
Track progress and risks using Azure DevOps, Confluence, or internal dashboards
Contribute to workshops and feedback loops to improve the onboarding experience
Support the evolution of integration practices aligned with our architecture and security strategy
Assist in migration away from legacy IAM platforms by identifying and transitioning non-compliant integrations
Your Qualifications

Required Skills
3+ years of hands-on experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM), including application onboarding, access provisioning, or integration analysis in enterprise environments
Solid understanding of Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) (provisioning, access reviews, certifications, RBAC)
Strong knowledge of identity lifecycle management, and app integrations across cloud and on-prem environments
Working knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), and protocols like SCIM, SAML, OAuth2, OpenID Connect
Agile team experience using tools such as Azure DevOps
Ability to collaborate across architecture, engineering, and product teams
Proficiency in English, both spoken and written
Clear and structured communication and documentation skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) or similar identity governance platforms
Familiarity with scripting and automation tools such as PowerShell, Microsoft Graph API
Experience supporting IAM documentation, enablement, or training materials
Nice-to-have
A degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering, or a related field
Prior experience working in regulated industries such as insurance, banking, or healthcare
Familiarity with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, and collaboration platforms like Confluence
Exposure to legacy IAM systems or migrations
Ability to explain IAM concepts to both technical and functional audiences
Role
For Spain the base salary range for this position is between [EUR 42.000 ] and [EUR 70.000] (for a full-time role). The specific salary offered considers :
the requirements, scope, complexity and responsibilities of the role,
the applicant's own profile including education / qualifications, expertise, specialization, skills and experience.
In addition to your base salary, Swiss Re offers an attractive performance-based variable compensation component, designed to recognize your achievements. Further you will enjoy a variety of global and location specific benefits.
