Environmental Analysis

Responsible for analyzing the environment, including reviewing, creating, or eliminating internal processes.

Project Backlog Management

Accountable for maintaining and overseeing the project backlog throughout its lifecycle.

Coordination with the Product Owner (PO)

Oversee functional software analysis activities in collaboration with the PO.

External Vendors

Identify external vendors involved in software development and meet with them to incorporate information into functional documents.

Requirements Gathering Planning

Plan the requirements gathering process with clients, schedule, and lead sessions.

Functional Analysis & Documentation

Prepare specifications and key deliverables, and incorporate stakeholder feedback.

Reporting and Tracking

Create reports and track project progress.

Requirements :

• 5-6 years of experience in financial projects, technology implementation, or digital transformation, especially in financial products, market operations, MIFID 2, and portfolio valuation.
• Proven Business Analyst experience in wealth management platforms, with a strong understanding of advisory processes and governance.
• Deep understanding of financial advisory, portfolio management, scenario simulations, and regulatory compliance.
• Knowledge of architecture, security, back-end, and front-end systems; expertise in any area is not required.
• Degree in finance, economics, business administration, or related field.
• Proficiency in English and Spanish; experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and tools like Jira.
